I’d say it’s decent if you’re just starting out. It’s not too overwhelming, and you can figure things out without much trouble. Anyway... for new players, it’s friendly enough to get into.

The coach was friendly, no complaints there — but the lessons felt unorganized. I was hoping for more feedback on my serve and footwork, but I barely got any. The group drills also moved way too fast, so it was hard to really work on anything. For the price, I just didn’t feel like I learned much.

I was hoping for more of a community feel, but it came across cliquey. I made a basic request and it was basically ignored, which was frustrating. It just didn’t feel like a place where new people are really welcomed in

From what I remember, the classes weren’t too crowded, which made everything feel a lot easier to follow. It was a nice experience overall.

I also had to follow up once just to get a clear answer, which was a bit annoying. What bothered me more was that the terms seemed to change from what I originally understood, and I don’t really love having to chase people for clarification on stuff like that. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit slow and inconsistent. 3 stars feels about right

Not dead, not chaotic either. Just a good buzz. It did get a bit loud here and there, which was the only downside for me. Still, overall a nice spot. I’d give it 4 stars...

The event felt really unorganized. The schedule changed twice, and no one bothered to explain where we were supposed to go once we got to the venue. I kept asking for help, but it kind of felt like I was being brushed off.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the racket and balls actually feel solid and better than I thought they’d be for the price. I haven’t had any issues so far, which is good because I never really trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I’ve been using Jointennisclub for a little while now, i like that I can just see when courts are free without having to call around or waste time guessing. I don’t have much patience for that kind of back-and-forth, so this makes things a lot easier. Booking was straightforward too, and I haven’t had any real issues so far

I’m particular about being kept in the loop, and they met my standard. They explained everything in a simple way and got back to me fast, so there was no confusion at all. I really appreciated that.

I came in feeling kind of trapped in my own bad habits, but the coach made the whole session feel easy and not too intense. They were polite, on time, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. I appreciated how they pointed out little mistakes without making me feel awkward about it. Overall, it was a solid session and I’d go back.

I don’t know, just going off my gut here, but the prices didn’t really sit right with me. For what they seem to offer, it felt a bit too expensive, especially compared to a few other tennis clubs I looked into. It might work for some people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it.

I wasn’t totally sure it would be that simple, but the cancellation was sorted quickly and I didn’t have to deal with much hassle.
